For scenarios including telemedicine, industrial inspection, UAV patrols and professional video production, Kaimorui launches a combined solution consisting of the CM204UE network encoding control board and SONY FCB-ER9500 4K camera module, an integrated ultra-high-definition visual system tailor-made for 4K series control boards.

I. FCB-ER9500 Integrated 4K Imaging Module

Sensor & Frame Rate

Equipped with a 1/1.8-inch STARVIS™2 CMOS sensor with 8.4 million effective pixels, it natively supports 4K@60fps high-frame-rate output, significantly eliminating motion blur and smearing in moving footage.

Optical Zoom Performance

It features 25x optical zoom with a focal length ranging from 6.5mm to 162.5mm, balancing wide-area panoramic scanning and long-distance detail capture to meet the demands of high-altitude long-range observation.

All-Weather Image Processing

Built-in wide dynamic range (WDR), dual-mode super image stabilization, three-level fog penetration, HLC high-light suppression and multi-stage noise reduction. Equipped with an ICR infrared day-night switch, it delivers a minimum illumination of 0.00016 lx under ICR mode, producing clear and pure images under backlight, fog, haze and low-light conditions.

II. CM204UE Encoding Control Board: Miniaturized Signal Hub

Measuring only 50mm×50mm, the board features a compact structure for easy integration and installation.
It supports dual encoding formats H.264 and H.265, balancing device compatibility and bandwidth optimization to effectively cut transmission and storage costs.
It provides dual 4K HDMI and IP video outputs alongside triple-stream output to adapt to diverse bandwidth, storage and frame rate requirements. A USB3.0 interface reserves space for secondary development, while customizable OSD and LOGO functions deliver strong expandability.

III. Multi-Protocol Compatibility: Realize Full-Link Intelligent Control

The board is fitted with multi-channel control interfaces including RS485, IP and IO, compatible with mainstream protocols such as VISCA, Pelco D/P, ONVIF and GB28181, and supports Visca Over IP network control.
Users can remotely adjust real-time parameters of the FCB-ER9500 including zoom, focus and exposure, forming a complete closed loop of image acquisition, encoding, transmission and control. It seamlessly connects to NVRs, management platforms and PTZ devices to fit all mainstream system architectures.
