[Problem phenomenon]
A white aperture appears after the infrared is turned on, as shown in the figure below

【problem causes】
1. In the infrared dome camera, the foam ring between the lens and the dome cover is loose or removed.
2. The infrared tube machine is used with a protective cover.

【Solution】
1. Check whether the sponge ring of the camera is normal? Is it shifted? If abnormal, please contact our company.
2. The infrared tube machine cannot be used with a protective cover.
