The LED screen characters are sine wave-shaped brightness changes, the frequency is AHz, then its one cycle time is 1/A s. At this time, if the camera's exposure time is less than 1/A s, the brightness of each exposure will be different. There may be bright and dark flashes.

【Solution】
1. For a camera with a fixed aperture, it is not suitable for this type of scene, because after the forced shutter, there may be abnormal exposure.
2. For cameras with automatic iris, the shutter can be set according to the actual frequency of the light, because most lights are 50Hz, most of which only need to set the camera shutter to 1/50s. If there is no shutter parameter, you can adjust the exposure time, the parameter is set to 1/50s
